TradieContent collects information you provide directly: your email address, business name, trade, service areas, and the photos you upload. We also collect usage data such as posts created and scheduling history.
We use your information to generate social media captions, send post reminders, and manage your subscription. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your job photos are used solely to generate content captions for your business.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL database and file storage). Photos are stored with restricted access — only you can view your uploaded photos via authenticated, time-limited signed URLs.
We use Stripe for payment processing, ConvertKit for email communications, and OpenRouter (AI providers) to generate captions. Each has their own privacy policies. We send AI providers only the information needed to generate your captions.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. This permanently deletes your profile, all posts, and photos. You can also request a copy of your data by emailing privacy@tradiecontent.com.au.
We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
