By using TradieContent, you agree to use the service lawfully, only upload photos you own or have rights to, and not misuse our AI content generation. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing to your social media accounts.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. The free plan includes 5 posts per month and does not require a credit card. You can upgrade at any time and cancel from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
You own your photos and any generated captions. TradieContent does not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to process your photos through our AI systems solely to generate captions on your behalf.
Captions are generated by AI and are suggestions only. You should review all content before publishing. TradieContent is not responsible for any claims, disputes, or issues arising from published content. Never publish content that makes false claims about qualifications or licences.
You must not upload illegal content, content belonging to others without permission, or content containing personal information of others without consent. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Victorian courts.
